MUELLER STATE PARK

The west slope of Pikes Peak is an exciting or restful choice for your get-away.  The Climbing Cub offers you many choices for your day-time enjoyment:  hiking or biking in Mueller State Park is always enjoyable and you will enjoy the resident elk, deer, foxes and coyotes as well as the red-tailed hawks and eagles in the air.  In the winter enjoy snow-shoeing and cross-country skiing. 

Our resident "foxy lady" has kits every Spring and we watch them grow throughout the summer.

    Visitors ride their horses all year long on the well-maintained and seperately designated trails.
