BREAKFAST

After a restful night's sleep, you are greeted in the morning with the smell of coffee brewing, cub bread baking, and smiling hosts.            To begin your gourmet 5-course breakfast you will be served juice, coffee, tea and cub bread.  Our first course is always homemade; apple or pumpkin muffins or cinnamon "cubbies."  The second course is fresh fruit with a yogurt sauce.  Cub Pie is often our third course, which features elk sausage, eggs, and cheese in a homemade pie crust browned to perfection.  "Cub Carbohydrates" is guaranteed to send you into the day with plenty of energy: guests enjoy Southern cheese grits, Cub potatoes, German Apple Pancakes or Grandma's Waffles.  The fifth course is our elegant "Champagne" Smoothie with a seasonal touch...fresh blueberries, strawberries, banana, pumpkin, peppermint....

You won't leave hungry...in fact, you may never need to eat again!
